The Axtech Technology Refund Policy is invalid under the following circumstances:

• Selection of a unique or custom package.
• Acceptance of initial design concepts.
• Completion of the logo.
• Completion and public release of the website.
• Request for changes.
• Project abandonment due to unrelated reasons.
• Lack of communication for more than 14 days.
• Breach of company policies.
• Discussion of the same project with another entity.
• Demand for significant revisions involving only hosting and domain expenses.
• Exceeding the time limit for compensation due to company closure or industry changes.
• Refunds for “change of mind,” partner disagreements, or unrelated issues will not be provided.

Rights to Intellectual Property

Axtech Technology or authorized third parties own the company names, trademarks, logos, designs, data, text, and images displayed on this website.
